Privacy policy
Flashcards+ is a vocabulary app. This page explains what it stores about you and why. In short: only what the app needs to work, nothing for advertising, and you can delete it all at any time.
What we store
- Your account. You sign in with Apple. We receive your email address (or an Apple private relay address if you choose to hide it) and, if you share it, your name.
- Your words. The words, translations, word forms and notes you add, and the boxes you keep them in.
- Your practice history. How often you have seen each word and how you answered, how many words you practised and added each day, and your streak.
We use this only to run the app for you: to show your words, practise them and track your progress.
What we don't do
- No advertising and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- No analytics or third-party SDKs that collect data about you.
- We never sell or share your data.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and sign-in provider, and is only accessible to your account. Data is sent over encrypted connections.
Exporting and deleting your data
You can export your words at any time from Settings → Export word list. To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete account: your account, words, boxes and practice history are permanently deleted straight away.
Children
Flashcards+ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
